amazing location helpful staff accurate picture
The location was amazing. I found it very easy to explore the area. the staff was helpful and approachable. my room looked exactly as it did in the pictures. I appreciated the accuracy. i would consider staying here again given the chance.
I experienced some noise at night. It sometimes disrupted my sleep. i could hear sounds coming from outside, and this was a little bothersome. perhaps better soundproofing could improve the stay for light sleepers.

The location is genuinely superb! I loved the proximity to the tram. The coffee machine in my room was a great addition. The desk was also quite handy. It allowed me to catch up on some work. i also got a pleasant view from my window

friendly staff canal view
the staff was very friendly. the room was cleaned daily. the location had a great canal view. i really liked that the staff was available and rooms were very well taken care of.
I found mold in the bathroom. The whole ceiling was covered. ventilation was pretty bad and the bathroom was damp all the time.

friendly personnel coffee machine spacious room
I found the staff very friendly and accommodating. The room had a coffee machine and capsules were replenished daily. I received a complimentary upgrade to a triple bed room. This was spacious and allowed extra space to organize my belongings.
The stairs were very steep, requiring careful navigation with luggage.
